Couples can register for free from Vivah Connect’s home page. There is a sign up button on the top right corner of the screen.
Vivah Connect is 100% free for all grooms and brides.
In order to contact a vendor, you must be registered with Vivah Connect. Once you are registered, you can message a vendor through their profile. To view your conversation with a vendor, you can check the Inquiry tab on your personalized dashboard.
Feel free to reach out to a vendor through our website or give them a call to book their services.
You would not pay a vendor through our website. Please contact the vendor to find out their preferred methods of payment.
Vivah Connect has 7 free wedding tools. The Checklist, Budgeter, Events Planner, Guest List, Table Planner, Bookings and Inquiries tool are available to all registered brides and grooms.
We have added a helpful list of items you may need to consider before the wedding. We have arranged them in a suggested order of priority, but you can rearrange them anytime. Feel free to add a new checklist item, edit our pre-selected check list items, rearrange them, add notes to them, or even remove them from your checklist if they are not needed.

Enter your estimated budget into our budgeter tool and our smart budget calculator helps you decide how your budget may be divided across each category of the wedding. Feel free to add new items under each category, edit or remove from each category and have the ability to add your actual cost of services.

The bride and groom have the ability to import and export their guest list via an excel worksheet. You can individually add new guests by adding their name, which events they are attending and which events they are declining. Once you have added all your guests to the Guest List, you have the ability to send out RSVPs digitally via email. Your guests can then accept or decline your invitation and your Guest List will be updated automatically.

The guests you mark as attending for the Reception will only appear in the Table Planner tool. Drag and drop them onto a table to arrange your seating plan. You can add extra tables and edit the table names.

Under your dashboard, go to “My Profile” tab and there will be another tab called Change Login Details. Under this tab, there is a section called “Delete Your Account”. Once you have deleted your account, all of your information stored will be deleted and would need to create a new account to reuse our wedding tools.

Once logged in, visit the profile of a vendor you would like to write a review for. On the bottom of the profile, there is a section called “Ratings and Review”. Please select the Write Review button to write a review for the selected vendor.
Vendors can register from Vivah Connect’s home page. There is a sign up button on the top right corner of the screen. Once you select the sign up button, there is a link called “Register as a Vendor”. Make sure to complete all of the information for a better vendor profile. As the last step of registration, you will be prompt to fill in your payment information before completing your account.
Vivah Connect is 100% free for all vendors.
A vendor can only contact a client if the client has reached out to the vendor. In order to contact a Client, you must first be registered with Vivah Connect. Once you are registered, you can respond to clients who has reached out. To view your conversation with a Client, you can check the Inquiry tab on your personalized dashboard.
Vivah Connect will charge vendors as soon as the vendor signs up and selects the subscription.

In order to upload photos and videos, you must be registered with Vivah Connect. During the registration process, Vivah Connect allows you to upload photos and videos in order to complete the profile registration. If you want to add/edit/remove your photos and videos, you are able to do so through your dashboard under under Image Gallery & Video Gallery tabs.
Yes, you can promote your profile. Just share your profile url and Vivah Connect’s badges on various social media, email signature lines, and/or your website in order to let customers know about your business. You will find the badges through the Vendor Dashboard and under the Badges tab.
As a premium vendor on Vivah Connect, you are able to edit your account payment options from within your dashboard under the Subscription tab.
To inactivate your account, please user “Contact Us” button to send our customer care team an inactivation request. Please include your business information such as email and company name in order to expedite your request.
In order to get more reviews from clients. Vendors can copy their profile URL and send it their clients to request a review. Once the client receives the profile URL, the client can easily write a review for the vendor.
In order to update your business information, Vivah Connect offers a very clean Dashboard to update your business information which will reflect on your profile.
